“We hired Concrete:Cotton a few years ago when we built our new home.  The thought of having to coordinate colors, décor, furniture, etc. was too overwhelming for us and we just didn’t feel like to taking on the task of totally outfitting our new house down to the smallest of details.  But we knew the type of style we wanted in our house and decided to offload the design and décor to Seth and Faith and let them work their magic.  They stepped in from a very early stage and we had a consultation to discuss our design style and what we were expecting.  They were with us during the design stage with the home builder coordinating flooring, cabinet colors, backsplash, tile, paint, countertops, etc.  This really allowed us to be more decisive than on our own, and move forward more quickly as it was tough for us to conceptualize how all of this would come together. 

Next, they brought design boards and renderings; and I must admit, they nailed our design perfectly!  There was only one minor change made, but to be able to create the design on the first go around without having to make any major changes was a real confidence booster in allowing them to move forward.  Over the next few weeks after we were handed the keys to our new house, Faith and Seth worked to prepare our house for moving in.  They built wainscoting, bookshelves, installed light fixtures, etc.  The ‘reveal’ was awesome and we couldn’t have been happier.  The color swatch for the house was perfect. 

I find the ability to foresee/coordinate a project a true talent.  When someone has a talent, you just have to let them do their thing.  And we are so happy that Faith and Seth were involved.  We still get compliments all the time on our house.  We wanted that ‘model’ home look but also the functionality of being comfortable and livable.  I would not hesitate to hire Concrete:Cotton in the future again.”
