MEET THE TEAM

Seth Freytag

Principal Designer & Co-Founder

Seth graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Industrial Design, though his journey took a fun detour along the way. Early on, he considered Interior Design but made a bold switch to Industrial Design after a professor famously told him, “You know, we do more than just pick pillow colors, Seth!” Little did that professor know, he was right—and if only he could see Seth now!

Industrial Design became the perfect foundation for Seth's knack for crafting custom furniture, reimagining client spaces, and perfecting floor plans. With his expertise in 3-D CAD software, Seth brings each vision to life well before the first hammer swings.

Faith Freytag

Principal Designer & Co-Founder

Faith, a Florida State University graduate, is the co-founder and lead designer at Concrete to Cotton. Alongside her husband Seth, she brings passion and expertise to every project, offering everything from full-service interior design to decorating and styling for residential spaces.

Faith and Seth live in Lake Mary with their spirited 7-year-old daughter, Noelle. In 2019, they took on their own design adventure by purchasing a 1990s Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired home, which they’re gradually transforming with their creative flair.

At Concrete to Cotton, we don’t swing the hammers (we let the experts do that), but we’re right there beside you, bringing your design dreams to life! As a creative partner in your new construction or renovation project, we specialize in crafting interiors that reflect your unique style and needs. Whether starting fresh or updating an existing space, we’re here to make it beautiful and functional—working closely with your contractor or builder to ensure your space feels like you. Let’s make your home a true reflection of your vision!

KASEY BUKER

Design Assistant & Procurement Manager

Kasey is Concrete to Cotton’s incredible Design Assistant & Procurement Manager. She helps manage client and vendor email communications, material procurement and tracking, invoicing, and project workflows.

Kasey graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2005 with a B.S. in Legal Studies and a Minor in Psychology. After graduation, Kasey started her career as an Estate and Probate Paralegal in the Orlando area. Account management and documents are her jam! After a year in the corporate world, Kasey decided to come back to her roots and join her family’s business as an Account Manager for their Live/Interactive Real Estate Sales Training & Coaching Program. The Live/Interactive training system that was being utilized was pre Skype and Zoom days and super cutting edge for its time. Fast forward 10 years, after becoming a mother, Kasey decided it was best to take some time to focus on and manage her growing family. Now, this mother of 3 amazing kiddos, is back in action! After having honed her management skills by managing 3 kids all day, every day, for the last 7 years she is ready and super excited to manage your design project.

BEHIND THE LENS

Chris Glenn

Coming from sunny Southern California, Chris currently calls the Central Florida area home with his babe of a wife, two-year-old future-surf-champ, and impressive succulent collection. He has been lucky to cruise around the country photographing subjects big and small, slow and fast, famous and unknown.

Past client list includes: Rolls Royce, Stance Apparel, The Bunkhouse Group, Cycle World Magazine, McLaren Automotive, Husqvarna Motorcycles, Nobleman Magazine, along with various campaigns and look books.  He's no stranger to quick thinking and variety.

Having been struck by lightning once, it might explain a lot.

THE TILLMANS

Toni & Karlton Tillman are the project photographers behind many of Concrete to Cotton’s website photos. The Tillmans are the, self-described, creative-introverts behind the cameras, who have been following Seth and Faith around on their adventures. They started shooting weddings in 2013 and filmed Faith & Seth’s wedding in 2015. While their skill and their gear have improved, immensely, since those days, the foundation of their work has remained the same. They strive to be minimal, to capture organic human connection, and to document raw, authentic moments as they happen. The Tillmans haven’t stopped documenting Seth & Faith’s momentous occasions since they began working together in 2015. So, hopping on to the Concrete:Cotton team happened pretty organically.
